i have formatted my machine also having the same issue. i have tried updating my graphic card for nvidia and intel also same issue. I have installed 1 copy and had the same issue, removed and installed a new updated version the same issue also.
sometimes the screen turns black without doing anything. when i close it and run other applications like word, it remembers in the memory. When i open photoshop there is no issue however when opening camera raw and choosing the presets, screen starts to flicker.
